Joining a new team... we’ve all been there at some point. And as many of us know, joining a new team as an early-career developer is exciting, but it can also be scary, stressful, and complicated.
A lot of that stress and friction is because many engineering teams just don’t onboard early-career developers effectively. So, how can we improve the onboarding process for newer devs in a way that helps develop their new skills while getting them up-to-speed at a new organization?
