Hi there š
I am a BS Software Engineering student started building her career about frontend web development and building responsive websites. Actively developing practical skills through personal projects and continuous learning.
Can someone guide me through my career? I will appreciate it.
Hi everyone! š I'm Manikandan, a software developer interested in Java, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Cloud technologies. š I enjoy learning, building projects, and sharing technical knowledge. Excited to connect and learn from this amazing community! š
Hi DEV! I'm Victor, a CSE student in Hyderabad. I build AI agents where the risky decisions live in plain code and the model does the explaining: a touch-free maintenance copilot, a bid-compliance checker for Smart India Hackathon, and a tool that proves bank statements against their own running balance. Here to write up what actually broke while building them.
Hey everyone! š Iām interested in SEO, web tools, and building useful online projects. Iām currently working on Boldi Font, a free bold text generator that helps people style text for social media bios and posts. Iām here to learn from the developer community, share ideas, and discover new tools. Looking forward to connecting with you all!
Hey! Data Science undergrad wrapping up my degree while building out ColdCase Tech (an automated cybersecurity and incident intelligence portal using Hugo and Python pipelines).
Always awesome to connect with fellow builders and developers here. If anyone is playing around with automated content workflows, static site generators, or threat intel APIs, hit me upāwould love to chat shop! š
Hey! š Solo builder here. While everyone's chasing the AI app hype, I'm taking a different route: using Next.js & AI tools to rebuild a very traditional brick-and-mortar industry (Textile & Apparel Sourcing).
Currently building KeqiaoGuide to solve real-world supply chain friction. Excited to be part of the community!
Welcome! Good to see someone building for a traditional industry. I build software for drilling robots, so I like these real-world problems. What is the biggest friction in sourcing that you are solving first?
YOO EVERYONE, hope yall are having a great week...so far.
Im Ashar, an IBDP graduate from Pakistan spending my gap year building complex systems from first principles. I don't want to treat math and AI libraries as black boxes. I want to build the engine. MUEHEHEHEHE š
Here is what Iām documenting on DEV:
The Math Engine: Writing a custom C++ linear algebra library from scratch (cache-blocked multiplication, complex numbers, eigenvalues).
The Simulator: Using my own math engine to build a state-vector quantum circuit simulator, validated against Qiskit.
The Security: Containerizing the simulator and building a secure CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions, cppcheck, and Trivy.
Iāll be writing about C++ numerics, quantum computing, and DevOps. I'm just starting out and have a lot to learn, though I have always been inclined towards Quantum Computing and research, If you š«µš¼ love deep dives into how things work under the hood, we can connect :>
Welcome @asharali. Building the engine yourself is the best way to learn it. I started with assembly and C too, and now work in C++ on drilling robots. Looking forward to the cache-blocking post.
