This is the finale of our URAL disc-type CV joint mini-series. We have covered the sliding yoke 375-2303072 and the joint knuckle 375-2303074. Now the piece in the middle — literally: the joint disc 375-2303075, the central element of the whole joint, and at 1.65 kg the lightest and most frequently replaced of the three.
What the disc does
The disc 375-2303075 sits between the knuckle and the outer half-axle fork, transmitting rotation at an angle to the steered wheel. In the disc-type constant-velocity joint, it is the disc that makes the geometry work: as the wheel steers, the disc accommodates the angle while keeping torque flowing smoothly.
Being the middle element, it rubs against both neighbours — which makes it the joint's sacrificial part. When the front end starts knocking at full lock, the disc is the first thing experienced URAL mechanics check, and often the only piece that actually needs replacing.

The complete joint shopping list
If you are overhauling the front knuckle joints on a pre-2003 URAL 6x6, here is the full disc-type CV joint bill of materials from this series:
| Position | Part | Number | Qty/truck |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outer yoke | Sliding yoke | 375-2303072 / -Б | 2 |
| Middle | Joint disc (this part) | 375-2303075 | 2 |
| Knuckle | Joint knuckle | 375-2303074 / -Б | 4 |
Rule of thumb from the field: discs wear first, yokes second, knuckles last — but always jack up the axle and check play at every position before finalizing the order.
