Steer a driven front axle and you face one of the oldest problems in truck engineering: how do you transmit torque through a wheel that also turns? URAL's answer on the Ural-375 and early Ural-4320 was the disc-type constant-velocity joint — and the sliding yoke 375-2303072-Б (Russian: вилка раздвижная) is one half of it. If you maintain pre-2003 URAL 6x6 trucks, this 2.98 kg forged yoke is a part you will meet sooner or later.
What this yoke does
The 375-2303072-Б is the outer half-axle yoke of the URAL front drive axle. It forms one side of the disc-type CV joint in the steering knuckle: through the joint disc it mates with the second (inner) yoke, transmitting rotation to the steered wheel while the wheel is turned.
Unlike the ball-type Rzeppa joints found on most Western 4x4s, the URAL disc joint is a robust, rebuildable all-steel design — yokes, disc, and wear surfaces that can be inspected and replaced individually. That is good news for fleet maintenance, but it also means the yokes themselves are wear items: the contact faces wear, develop play, and eventually produce the classic symptoms — clicking or knocking from the front wheel area on full lock, and play you can feel with the wheel jacked up.

Which trucks does it fit?
This yoke belongs to the pre-2003 URAL 6x6 family with the disc-type front-axle joint:
- Ural-375
- Ural-4320 / 43202 / 4320-31
- Ural-4420
- Ural-5557
The "pre-2003" cutoff matters: later URAL axles moved to a different knuckle joint design, so always check your truck's year before ordering. The catalogue drawings show it at quantity 2 per vehicle — one yoke per side.
Before you order
- Match the full number 375-2303072-Б — note the Cyrillic suffix; the base 375-2303072 is catalogued separately.
- Confirm your truck is a pre-2003 model with the disc-type CV joint.
- Yokes wear as pairs with the joint disc and the mating inner yoke — inspect all three before deciding what to replace. Since each truck takes two of these yokes, fleet orders usually count both sides.
