The key to continuously learning and growth in software development I believe is to actually enjoy what you're doing first of all. Taking pleasure in what you're learning would inevitably bring you growth, as you would always seek to learn more and broaden your knowledge base. Secondly, setting weekly goals is actually a very effective approach. Each week you set a new realistic learning goal. When you get used to this, you would find out you are actually learning better, in a more organized pace. This would help you stay on track on your continuous learning and growth journey.
