a-mirror-of-my-becoming

Master index for A Mirror of My Becoming™ — a sovereign, self-hosted AI archive, RAG fleet, and audit practice by Evelyn Caro. This repository is the door to everything: RAG pipelines, ingestion tools, white papers, and the record.

a-mirror-of-my-becoming-rag-pipelines

Fleet index for the five RAG pipelines of A Mirror of My Becoming — DeepSeek and IBM Granite, standard and agentic, local-first and evidence-verified. Each ship has its own repo. This repository is the map.

a-mirror-of-my-becoming-rag-ship1-deepseek

Ship 1: Local-first RAG pipeline. DeepSeek 1.5B via Ollama, nomic-embed-text, Chroma. Rebuilt locally after AWS lost the original. No cloud, no API key, no data leaving your machine.

Jupyter Notebook

Ship 2: Agentic RAG pipeline. IBM Granite 4.1 (3B) via Ollama with ReAct tool-calling — the system decides: retrieve, act, or answer. Fully local.

Jupyter Notebook

Ship 3: Standard RAG pipeline, fully local. IBM Granite 4.1 (3B) via Ollama — proves the pattern is portable. Docker included.

Ship 4: Agentic RAG, fully local. IBM Granite 4.1 (3B) via Ollama with ReAct agent and tool-calling. Cross-platform by design.

Jupyter Notebook

a-mirror-of-my-becoming-rag-ship5-ibm-granite-agentic-evidenceflow

Ship 5: Agentic RAG with EvidenceFlow verification. Every claim traceable to an evidence ID. Fail-closed: no evidence, no answer. Fully local via Ollama.

Jupyter Notebook

a-mirror-of-my-becoming-suite-ingestion-tools

Resilient SQLite→ChromaDB ingest pipeline with crash-proof sidecar checkpointing, watchdog, and subprocess-per-write isolation. Battle-tested on consumer hardware. First published tool combining RFC822 message-id normalization, dual-store mirroring, and reconciliation.

Python

a-mirror-of-my-becoming-suite-msgvault-adapter

Reads msgvault.db (SQLite mail archive) into a Chroma vector store. RFC822 normalization, embed_gen watermark native, nomic-embed-text, replace-mode, curfew-aware. Ship 7 of A Mirror of My Becoming™.
