How to set up Claude Cowork
- Create your travel agent project
Open Claude, go to Cowork, and choose Projects. Hit New Project and name it "Travel Agent."
- Add your booking instructions
Go to Instructions, click the plus, and paste in the master prompt.
This prompt contains your name, passport details, loyalty numbers, airline preferences, and everything Claude needs to book for you.
- Enable the browser connector
Go to Connectors, search for Chrome, and add the Google Chrome connector.
Allow Claude to access your logged-in browser so it can complete bookings on your behalf.
How to book your trip
Once setup is complete, just send a message like:
Book me a trip from LA to New York on these dates
Claude will open your browser, search for flights, apply your miles, pick the best hotel with your Amex Platinum, and finish checkout.
