1. Enable Memory
Go to Settings → Personalization and scroll to Enable Memory. Turn it on.
Whenever you share personal details, type:
add this to memory
ChatGPT will then remember your preferences.
2. Use Custom Instructions
In Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions, fill in who you are and how you want ChatGPT to respond.
This context sticks every session.
3. ChatGPT via Siri
On iPhone, open Settings → Apple Intelligence → ChatGPT and sign in.
Now, when Siri hits a wall, it calls ChatGPT and saves answers to Notes.
4. Connect Apps and Services
In ChatGPT’s sidebar, select Apps and link tools like Canva, Spotify, Figma or Photoshop.
Ask ChatGPT to create designs or playlists without switching browser tabs.
5. Control Your Data
Go to Settings → Data Controls and disable Improve the model for everyone.
Your chats stay private and won’t train the public model.
