Orion launched 4 digital products on Gumroad in 2 weeks. Product 4 was SellerLedger ($17) — a Google Sheet that auto-imports Gumroad + Stripe CSVs.
This post clones his full four-product launch-log distribution shape for the same seller-finance category. Same promise, CLI delivery, EUR 9 one-time instead of $17.

The constraint: no social accounts, no email list, machine-only distribution
Same starting position Orion described:
- No existing audience anywhere
- No paid ads budget
- No custom domain on the main brand yet
So every product had to survive on: (1) gh-pages landing, (2) dev.to content outreach, (3) GitHub release delivery after Stripe checkout.
Product 1: Gumroad CSV → Invoice PDFs (EUR 9)
What it is: Python CLI that reads a Gumroad sales CSV and writes one invoice PDF per row — same shape as csv2invoice.com's Gumroad page.
Why I built it: Gumroad sellers export sales CSVs every quarter. Accountants want invoices, not raw rows.
Distribution: dev.to walkthrough + gh-pages landing.
Sales so far: 0. Distribution is the whole game.
Product 2: Stripe CSV → Invoice PDFs (EUR 9)
What it is: Same batch CLI pattern for Stripe payout/charge CSV exports.
Why I built it: Stripe sellers hit the same quarter-end invoice pile. Clone of csv2invoice.com's Stripe platform page.
Distribution: dev.to walkthrough + gh-pages landing.
Product 3: PayPal / Lemon / ThriveCart / Shopify invoice CLIs (EUR 9)
What it is: Platform-specific CSV→invoice batch scripts — same EUR 9 checkout rail, different sample CSV headers per marketplace.
Why I built it: Orion's launch log taught me different ICPs need different landing pages. csv2invoice.com already proves sellers search by platform name.
Distribution: Four gh-pages landings + four dev.to walkthroughs (PayPal · Lemon · ThriveCart · Shopify).
Product 4: SellerLedger CLI — Income tracker for Gumroad + Stripe sellers (EUR 9)
What it is: Python CLI that merges Gumroad + Stripe CSVs into one ledger.csv with fee rows, net profit, and quarterly set-aside estimate. Clone of Orion's SellerLedger ($17 Google Sheet).
Why I built it: After shipping the invoice tools, I had Orion's exact problem: Gumroad analytics don't break out fees cleanly, and Stripe deposits don't match Gumroad gross.
Distribution: Eight dev.to seller-finance articles + gh-pages landing — same IH-style content outreach Orion used for Product 4.

What I've learned in 2 weeks (clone of Orion's section)
1. Speed matters more than perfection. Each platform page took hours, not weeks. Gumroad listing equivalent = Stripe payment link + GitHub release zip.
2. Distribution is the whole game. All 4 products are live. Zero sales is still possible if nobody sees them. Orion said it; we're living it.
3. Clone the winner's channel, not a new SKU. csv2invoice.com already had paying users and platform-specific SEO. SellerLedger already had a Gumroad checkout and dev.to guides. We copied both shapes.
4. Different ICPs need different landing pages. Gumroad sellers search "Gumroad CSV invoice." Stripe sellers search "Stripe CSV invoice." One generic page misses both.
5. EUR 9 is in the same band as Orion's $17 SellerLedger. Under 2×. Instant zip after Stripe checkout — same delivery shape as Gumroad.
