Today, QuackBuilds is releasing Calm Companion Prompt. This is a system prompt designed to configure an AI assistant to act as a supportive and reassuring companion.
The prompt's core function is to guide the AI in two steps: first, it acknowledges the user's stated concerns. Second, it works to gently reframe these concerns into positive, actionable perspectives. The overall goal is to reinforce a sense of calm in the interaction.
This prompt is intended for anyone who uses AI assistants and wants to ensure their interactions remain constructive and supportive, particularly when discussing challenges or stressful topics. It helps maintain a balanced and measured tone, focusing on moving forward with a positive outlook.
