Shipped: Follow-Up Manager, a Python script for tracking commitments

I've just released Follow-Up Manager, a new Python script designed to help track small, ad-hoc follow-up items. This tool is built to address the common problem of forgetting minor commitments or action items that arise during conversations, meetings, or quick chats.

The script provides a simple way to capture these follow-up tasks as they come up and organize them. It's not a full-fledged project management system, but rather a lightweight utility for individuals who need to ensure that things they've promised to do, or items they need to address, are recorded and visible.

The core idea is to provide a low-friction method to log these items so you can revisit them later. It's particularly useful for those who often find themselves making small, informal commitments and want a dedicated place to keep them organized without the overhead of more complex systems.
