I've built and shipped a new tool called Focus Timer with Task Switcher. This is a straightforward Pomodoro-style timer. Its core function is to prompt you to switch to a different task after each focus session concludes.
The goal here is to address the common issue of getting stuck in a loop of daydreaming or hyperfocusing on a single task for too long. By enforcing a structured work interval and then explicitly suggesting a switch, the timer aims to help you break out of those unproductive patterns.
It's for anyone who finds themselves losing track of time, getting easily sidetracked, or struggling to maintain momentum across multiple responsibilities. If you use the Pomodoro technique but want a little nudge to actually change what you're working on between sprints, this might be useful.
