PCEP Quick Practice CLI: Terminal-Based PCEP Review

I've built a new tool called PCEP Quick Practice CLI. It's a command-line application designed to help you review concepts related to the PCEP (Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer) certification.

When you run the tool, it will present you with a series of PCEP-style questions. You can input your answers directly in the terminal. After you've gone through the questions, the CLI will tally your responses and display a score. This way, you can quickly test your knowledge and identify areas that might need more attention, all without needing to open a separate application or browser window.

It's intended for anyone studying for the PCEP exam who prefers a straightforward, focused review method. If you spend a lot of time in the terminal and want a tool that fits into your workflow, this might be useful.
