I've shipped OEE Pulse, a new web app designed to display your Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for a given shift. The goal was to create a focused tool that presents OEE metrics without unnecessary complexity.
OEE Pulse provides a single-tab interface. Users input their shift data, and the application calculates and displays the OEE. This is intended for individuals or teams who need a quick, dedicated way to see their OEE numbers for a specific operational period.
The app focuses on the core OEE calculation, presenting Availability, Performance, and Quality metrics. It's built for direct use to monitor manufacturing efficiency at a shift level, offering a clear overview of equipment performance.
