I've shipped a new tool called Morning Task Prioritizer. The goal is simple: help you get started on the right foot each morning.
Many of us have a backlog of tasks. Some of these tasks might not be immediately satisfying to complete, but they are high priority. It's easy to push these tasks off in favor of quicker, easier wins. Morning Task Prioritizer aims to break that cycle.
How it works:
Each morning, the tool scans your task list and identifies a task that meets two criteria: it has low satisfaction associated with it, and it's marked as high priority. It then presents this single task to you.
The idea is that by presenting you with this specific, challenging task right at the start of your workday, you're encouraged to tackle it before getting sidetracked. This is for developers, project managers, or anyone who struggles with task prioritization and procrastination on important items.
It's a small tool, built to solve a specific problem I've faced myself.
