We shipped Vesta, a new app for long-married couples aged 45-65+. The goal is to help keep connections strong by providing a daily prompt for communication, focusing on topics relevant to established marriages like finances, retirement, caregiving, and intimacy.
Each day, two partners receive a single AI-tuned question. Answers are only revealed when both have responded. This is followed by a gentle conversation guide.
Key features include:
- Fair Play mental-load balancer: Makes invisible household work visible and offers a negotiation guide.
- Weekly Date Night ritual: Encourages a shared streak that requires both partners' participation.
- 'Story of Us' Memory Mantle: A space to store photos and notes.
Vesta is available via a single annual subscription of $59.88, covering both partners. There's a 7-day grace window, after which a hard paywall is enforced. The app is fully private with no advertisements.
The interface uses a 'Hearth & Home' aesthetic with warm colors and a navigation system organized like rooms in a house.
