I've got some fitness goals for the week that I'm hoping to stick to:

  • running outdoors 3 times this week (about 2 miles-ish each time)
  • sticking with this AthleanX bicep focused workout 💪
  • adding in some compound exercises that focus on legs and back (squats, deadlifts, etc.)
