I've just shipped the Anonymized CSV Grade Summary CLI, a new command-line tool designed for processing student grade data.
The tool's primary function is to read a CSV file containing student grades. It then removes any personally identifiable information (PII) to help maintain privacy. After anonymization, it calculates and outputs key statistical summaries for each subject column.
It is built to be flexible, supporting any number of numeric columns in your CSV. The output is provided in JSON format, making it straightforward to integrate with other tools or scripts for further analysis or reporting.
This can be useful for educators, administrators, or anyone needing to quickly summarize grade data while ensuring student privacy.
